REGULAR ORDER SHIPPING
We have 10–15 working days (excluding weekends) for individual regular orders to complete the draft of your photo, which includes your approval of the mock-up design. This applies to orders with minimal revisions. If there are multiple revisions, an additional 1 day will be added for each revision.
After your approval, we will proceed with laser engraving or UV printing. Delivery of your order will take an estimated 3–9 days.
BULK ORDER SHIPPING
For bulk orders, we require at least 6 weeks lead time before your event upon placing the order. This ensures we have enough time to complete all items before the event.
👉 For bulk orders (6 pieces and above), a ₱100 rush fee per item will apply for rush orders.
👉 For rush processing, we can finish your bulk order within 15–20 days. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer.
