We begin the design process for your order as soon as we receive it. Our talented team of designers will work tirelessly to bring your vision to life and ensure that you are completely satisfied with the end result.
Please be advised that our artists are available to work on your order from 9am to 8pm daily. We strive to accommodate your scheduling needs and will work diligently to ensure that your project is completed on time and to your satisfaction.
Please note that the design process for your order typically takes between 3-5 working days. Our team of talented designers will work tirelessly to ensure that your vision is brought to life and that you are completely satisfied with the end result.

Please note that design approval is only applicable for products that require vector or line art. For other types of products, we will send you a sample image for your review and feedback.
Revisions to your design typically take between 2-3 days. Please note that the duration of the design process may vary depending on your response time, as we aim to work closely with you to ensure that your vision is brought to life.
After you have approved the design, we will move it into production. Our team of skilled craftsmen will work diligently to ensure that your product is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Once your order is complete, we will hand it over to our trusted partner couriers for delivery. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below for more information. 😉
As soon as we confirm your payment, we will begin processing your order immediately. Our streamlined process ensures that your order is handled promptly and efficiently, with a typical processing time of 7-10 working days.
Once your order is complete, we will entrust it to our reliable partner courier for delivery. Our team works tirelessly to ensure that your product is carefully packaged and shipped to you in a timely and efficient manner.
For customers located in Metro Manila, we offer free shipping with a delivery time of 2-3 days. If you require rush delivery, we can arrange for a courier service such as Lalamove, Grab, or Toktok, with the shipping fee to be shouldered by the customer.
For customers outside Metro Manila, we also offer free shipping with a delivery time of 3-8 days or depends on your location. If you require rush delivery, we can arrange for LBC courier service, with the shipping fee to be shouldered by the customer.
Who are your partner couriers?
- For customers within Metro Manila, we offer the convenience of fast and reliable courier services such as Lalamove, Toktok, or Joyride for your orders. These courier services ensure that your order is delivered quickly and efficiently to your desired location.
- For customers outside Metro Manila, we rely on the trusted courier services of J&T Xpress to deliver your order.
- In cases where our standard couriers are unable to deliver to your address, we rely on the trusted services of LBC for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao deliveries.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
- Metro Manila: 2-3 days.
- Other parts of Luzon: 3-5 days (depends on location)
- Visayas and Mindanao: 5-7 days (depends on location)
Still haven’t received my shipment, what do I do?
Once your order has been shipped out, we are happy to assist you in tracking your parcel and monitoring its current status. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the estimated time of arrival as we have no control over our partner courier’s system.
If you have any concerns or questions about the status of your parcel, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to provide you with the information you need. Alternatively, you may also contact the chosen courier for updates and follow-ups.

Please note that the shipping process will only begin once production of your order has been completed. This means that the estimated delivery time provided at the time of ordering does not include the time needed for production.

In the event that our standard couriers are unable to deliver your order to your address, we offer the option to have it delivered via LBC for an additional charge.
Please note that this applies only in exceptional cases and we will exhaust all options to have your order delivered to you via our standard couriers. We understand that timely delivery is important to you, and we are committed to doing everything we can to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.
Can I get a refund?
- If you decide to cancel your order after it has been confirmed and the process has already started, you can receive a 50% refund.
- Please note that orders are nonrefundable once they are prepared for shipping.
Can I exchange my order?
- We offer replacements for defective items or if we accidentally sent the wrong order, and we will cover the shipping expenses.
