REGULAR ORDERS
We have 10-15 WORKING days EXCLUDING WEEKEND for INDIVIDUAL REGULAR ORDERS to finish the draft of your photo, which includes your approval of the mock up design. This is for orders that have MINIMAL REVISIONS. Should there be any other revisions, ADD +1 DAY for any succeeding revisions.
BULK ORDERS
For BULK ORDERS, we need 6 weeks ahead of your event upon ordering. This is to make sure that there will be enough time to finish the bulk orders before the event.
- For BULK orders (6pcs and above)- a 100php charge per item will be charged for RUSH ORDERS.
- FOR RUSH, we can finish your order in 15-20 days for BULK ORDERS, SHIPPING FEE will be shouldered by customers
The standard size available is 5×7, and it goes up depending on the artwork.
For bigger sizes there will be additional cost
- 8×7 inches – add 100 pesos
- 8×10 inches – add 200 pesos
- 10×10 inches – add 300 pesos
- 10×12 inches – add 400 pesos
Wood base size:
- Width: 145 mm
- Height: 35 mm
Default size is 9 inches. If you need an upgrade here are the additional fees:
UPGRADE FEES FOR WOODEN CLOCKS:
(SINGLE LAYER)
- Add 50-10 inches
- Add 75-11 inches
- Add 100-12 inches
(DOUBLE LAYER)
- Add 100-10 inches
- Add 125-11 inches
- Add 155-12 inches
Orders usually takes 3-5 days to arrive within Metro Manila and nearby provinces and 4-8 days in Visayas and Mindanao and longer for out of delivery zone.
- We also gladly accept rush orders with rush fee of ₱500 for individual orders ONLY.
- For BULK orders (6pcs and above)- a 100php charge per item will be charged for RUSH ORDERS.

We require a 50% downpayment to begin processing the order, with the remaining balance to be paid upon delivery.
If no downpayment is made after several reminders, our system will automatically cancel the order.
Yes, we do accept engraving on wooden bases as long as the text is readable. (free for orders 1250 pesos and above)
Yes, we do accept photo engraving on acrylic and wood frames.
We provide custom boxes of different sizes based on the order.
Yes, the shipping fee is included in the cost, except for rush orders.
Yes, we do offer international shipping, but the buyer covers the shipping fee for their country.

STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION ONCE PROCESSED.
Once the order has been placed, it will be deemed as complete and final and can no longer be revised. This is to ensure the quality of our service as order revisions often lead to mis-coordination and mix-ups. Orders are final and cannot be revised to ensure service quality. Personalized items are NON-CANCELLABLE.
IF CUSTOMER decided to CANCEL, the payment deposit will be considered forfeited as CANCELLATION FEE since we allot time to process and make your customized products.
No, you don’t have to create an account, but it has benefits like tracking your order, adding important dates, and having access to account holder-only discount codes.
